  • Never. Our rate is the same regardless of what time you call or what day it is. No after-hours upcharge, no weekend premium. If your heat goes out at 9pm on a Friday, you pay the same as a Tuesday morning call. That's just how we operate.

  • Yes, and that's actually one of the things that sets us apart. Most HVAC contractors aren't licensed for commercial refrigeration. We are — walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines, bar coolers, and kitchen equipment. One contractor for the whole kitchen.

  • Yes. We hold five Michigan mechanical licenses under State License #7119108 and carry $6 million in liability insurance. That's not standard for a company our size, we doubled our coverage to meet the requirements of major property managers we work with. You're covered.

  • We're based in Tecumseh and cover Southeast Michigan from the Ohio state line north through Monroe, Adrian, Jackson, Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, the Detroit Metro area, and up to Flint.
