  • Never. Our rate is the same regardless of what time you call or what day it is. No after-hours upcharge, no weekend premium. If your heat goes out at 9pm on a Friday, you pay the same as a Tuesday morning call. That's just how we operate.

  • All of them. Any make, any model, any age — if it's in your home, we can work on it. We're also an authorized Bosch dealer and a pending Amana dealer, so if you're looking to replace a system, we can sell and install those directly at dealer pricing.

  • It depends on the week and what's already on the schedule. Call or text us and we'll give you a straight answer on availability — no hold music, no runaround. Emergency situations are prioritized. When we book you, you'll get a 2-hour arrival window, not a 4-hour block.

  • Both. A lot of what we do is keeping older systems running as long as it makes sense to do so. We'll give you an honest assessment — if it's worth repairing, we'll repair it. If it's at the point where a replacement makes more financial sense, we'll tell you that too and explain why.

  • Yes. We hold five Michigan mechanical licenses under State License #7119108 and carry $6 million in liability insurance. That's not standard for a company our size, we doubled our coverage to meet the requirements of major property managers we work with. You're covered.

  • We're based in Tecumseh and cover Southeast Michigan from the Ohio state line north through Monroe, Adrian, Jackson, Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, the Detroit Metro area, and up to Flint.
